JERICHO SAVED!

WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING DONATIONS

We started running some tests on Google on May 29th, and after some nice financial contributions, have been able to continue running them.

So far, through Google direcly, we've received
9,432 clicks
and
131,080 impressions (how many people saw the ads)

On Google content network (meaning other sites running ads on related content) we've received
1,161 clicks
and
1,255,814 impressions
(according to google "It's completely normal to have a lower content network CTR" (click-through rate) on their content network, and it doesn't effect our prices in a negative fashion)

Our total cost so far has been: $784.76

As of yesterday, Jeff (AlasJericho2) had collected $1,258

Which leaves us with: $473.24

We are spending approximately $100 per day, and we would like to expand into other areas on the net... some banners and such, which Jeff is getting information about, but obviously $473.24 isn't going to get us very far. There are also other more generic keywords we could use, but they are expensive.

Keywords we're using now:
Jericho
Save Jericho
CBS
CBS News

And we're paying, on average, $0.06 per click.

Running "TV Show" or "TV Listing" though is very expensive, at an average of $10.00 per click!

So if you believe in doing internet advertising, contribute to the fund!

DONATE!

Buy Nuts from NutsOnline.com A Special Thanks to NutsOnline:

In 2007, after Season 1 of Jericho was cancelled, Jericho fans were urged to make a contribution towards peanut deliveries... and NutsOnline.com made it easy to do! Be sure to support them throughout the year by purchasing from them!

Over 40,000 lbs.
shipped to CBS!

Why Nuts? In the season finale, the lead character, Jake (Skeet Ulrich) recounts a story his grandfather told him about a statement made by General McAuliffe during WWII. In this tale, when asked to surrender by the Germans he simply replied "Nuts" as a way of saying "We will NOT surrender - Go to Hell!"

Hey CBS Ad

Save Jericho!
On May 16th, 2007, CBS made the monumentally fatal error in judgement and cancelled what had been one of it’s best new shows for 2006-2007... Jericho.

But Jericho fans reacted...
Immediately upon cancellation, many of us decided to embark on a mission to let CBS know what we think... That they had underestimated the show’s fans... and that due only to its own decision to put the show on haitus for 2 months mid-season, to programming mistakes and a poor marketing strategy did the ratings drop.

It’s time we as the public start making ourselves heard, and letting the networks know that we are tired of the same old lazy reality show format. We want good writing, we want in-depth character development, we want shows that make us think and give us something interesting to discuss with our families.

We want Jericho BACK!
